Her mother’s black-market bio-upgrade turned Janice into Accra’s speed saviour. She can vibrate objects through walls, and heal rapidly. Fleeing parental control, she joined Nighteagle and later the New Earthguard. Allies: Nighteagle, Tribal Mark (older-sister rapport), Eyewitness. Nemesis: her controlling mother and the scientists who view her as IP. Loves 1990s hip-hop played at 2× speed to study lyrics. At her extreme, she can create time-bubbles for bursts of speed, and phase herself through objects; but is still mastering her powers .
